SYNOPSIS
In September of 2014, Russian forces attempted to take over the airport of the Ukrainian metropolis, Donetsk. Along with the Ukraine army, a small group of volunteer fighters, now dubbed “cyborgs”, stood their ground to defend their homeland for weeks, while the airport lay in ruins. What happened to them, shaped their lives forever – and their almost superhuman stamina made them an inspiration around the world.
